Hello and welcome to this vintage guitar collection! I am a big collector of beautiful vintage guitars, mostly from Germany, but I also discovered the beautiful guitars of the UdSSR, Japan and Italy for myself some time ago. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐞:
My name is Florian and I live in central Germany, close to Bielefeld in a small town. My first guitar was a beautiful Framus Tango, wich was the start of my collection. I soon learned to love the masterfull german craftsmanship the guitars where made with and started to buy, restore and sell guitars as a hobby.

In this shop you will mainly find:
- vintage instruments from Germany
- vintage instruments from Japan
- vintage instruments from the UdSSR, mostly czechoslovakia and Russia
- parts for various vintage instruments from those countrys
- mainly guitars and basses, but I sometimes got some other instruments, like banjos and mandolins too

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐧𝐨 𝐆𝐢𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐧/𝐅𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬?
Its not, that I would have anything against them, I love the old Fender and Gibson models as well, mainly the old Gibson Jumbos and ES-335 Variants, but over the time, I have seen enough of them. Not their fault, but it seems like every guitar I see is eighter a Fender Stratocaster(or a copy) or a Gibson Les Paul(or a copy) and I have seen to many of those in my life. But if I get a chance to get a good Gibson / Fender, I would still take it :-)

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬?
After the war, germany saw a massive economical boom and so the production of goods increased in all fields. Many luthiers rose up, or rose up again under those conditions and produced a variety of different guitars with a very unique style and the typical super high quality german craftsmanship(Framus, Höfner, Hopf, Hoyer, Glassl, Neubauer, Roger, Musima, Migma, Marma, Wolfrum, Todt, Artur Lang, Dynacord, Este, Rodebald Hoyer and Klira, just to name a few ;-) ). Sadly, many of them where put out of buisseness because of the flood of japanese guitars during the 80s. And so, beauty of old german guitars was slowly forgotten about, but not by everyone. 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬?
Yes, I am open to that, but only within the EU. I am okay with exchanges of all kind, even if you guitars are not vintage, or not from germany :-)

I have several guitars wich are not online yet or in restauration. Also I know several guitar shops and collectors here in germany. If you can't find the guitar you are looking for, just ask. Chances are, I can find it for you.

Even though I can't guarantee you, that I can help you identifying your guitar, I can certainly try. Just send me a few pictures of it and I might be able to help you :-)

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤?
I will very likely post a link to a photopresentation about this topic here soon. But basicly, I will pack the guitar as good as I can and put it in a stable guitar carton. I got a lot of experience with this, so nothing should happen to the guitar during transport. The shipping might take a while though, especially during corona times. For out-of-EU countrys, it can take up to 3 months, but that only happened once. Usually it is there within a month. I always ship with DHL and with an insurance up to 500€. If you need a higher insurance for your guitar, just ask :-)

𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞?
Sure - if you need any measurements, just ask. I will however only give out data in the SI-base unit system and value everything in my currency (Euro). This simply has the reason, that I am not accountable for any conversion errors, but you are free to convert everything in your measurement unit using the many free converters online :-)
