General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If an item arrives non-functional, not as described, or becomes non-functional or damaged in the shipping process, the customer is entitled to a full refund returned to the payment method originally used for purchase. If an item arrives in as-described condition, non-damaged, and fully functional but the customer is dissatisfied with the item, the customer is entitled to either a return for full store credit, or a refund returned to the original payment method used for purchase withholding a 10% restocking fee.
