General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Refunds & Returns Policy:
Refunds are issued to the buyer’s original payment method, less any original shipping costs, including the cost of the original outbound shipping label.
Any free accessories included with an item (such as cables and/or stands) must be returned with the product in unused condition. Missing or used accessories may result in a partial refund.
Pickups: Guitar and bass pickups are non-returnable.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility:
In certain cases, signature confirmation may be required for delivery. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and that delivery can be accepted.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, refusal of delivery, failure to sign for delivery, failure to retrieve the item from the carrier, or other buyer-related delivery issues, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and deduction of the original outbound shipping label costs.
We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after they are marked delivered by the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to the buyer entering an incorrect shipping address.
International Forwarding & Third-Party Services:
Orders shipped to third-party or international forwarding services are not eligible for returns. These orders are considered delivered once they reach the U.S. address provided by the buyer. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays that occur after delivery to these services.
