Shipping Policy
Shipping is USPS or UPS at our discretion and includes insurance against damage.
Rates are set for lower 48 states in the US. For all other (including HI, AK, PR), please contact for rates.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
No buyer's remorse returns, or due to incompatibility with something else you have. Buyer responsible for ensuring items will work for their needs prior to purchase. If a return is allowed, buyer is responsible for both original and return shipping as well as the restocking fee.
Any items arriving with problems will be handled with a courier Damage Claim, not a blind return, as everything is tested prior to shipping and packed very well (no exceptions).
NOTE - Buyer's remorse (changed mind) or error returns generally are not accepted (and full return fees apply). Also, returns may have to be coordinated to a different location and timed based on current travel/event locations (this applies to returns for any reason). Additional details below.

Please note the all sales are final. The only returns are for DOA items (dead on arrival) or damaged in transit (at which point I will file a claim with the courier for your refund).
* NOTE - We're selling several internal computer cards (ProTools, MOTU, and others). These are all from working systems, but no returns whatsoever. They'll be shipped in anti-static material, but we have no way to know how a buyer will handle them, and buyer is also responsible for confirming compatibility prior to purchase. All sales final, no exceptions. Thanks for understanding.
No returns for subjective issues - you didn't like the sound or decided it didn't suit your needs, minor cosmetic quibbles, etc. All items are tested prior to posting and are in known working condition, and we post detailed pictures of condition. Ask ALL questions before purchase or bidding.
Any and all issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, no exceptions. After 48 hours, no returns will be considered for any reason.
All returned items, for whatever reason, MUST be repacked properly with all original packing materials and box. If not, NO refund or service will be rendered, no exceptions!
For Affirm Order Returns, Buyer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer will also not be refunded initial shipping charges and must pay for return shipping. Items must be returned in the condition they were received.
Again, NO EXCEPTIONS, so if you're not comfortable with these terms, feel free to shop elsewhere (not meaning to sound harsh, but I returns just won't be possible for quite some time for any reason).
