Located in the “Heart of Screenland”, Culver City, Boulevard Music offers a wide variety of new, used and vintage acoustic and electric guitars (Martin, Fender, etc), basses, violins, cellos, mandolins, banjos, ukuleles, accessories and more.

Shipping Policy
Your item will be packed very well and shipped to you fully insured by UPS from Culver City, CA. In addition you may choose to do local pickup here at Boulevard Music. In the event you receive your item and there is damage that appears to be caused by shipping, please contact us by phone as soon as possible at 310-398-2583. Please keep all original packing materials, including the shipping box, should pictures be necessary for insurance purposes.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If the item you purchased from us does not meet your satisfaction, it may be returned. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know why you are returning it and we will process your request in a timely manner.

Once we authorize the return of the item, please ship the item to Boulevard Music, 4316 Sepulveda Blvd, Culver City, CA 90230. Please use the original packing materials and insure the shipment for its full value. All original packaging, warranty, instruction paperwork, or tags must be returned and the item (and carrying case if included) should be in the same condition as when we shipped it. Any modifications to an instrument will void the return ability. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees including insurance and must ship by UPS or Fed Ex within 1 business day of receiving the return authorization. When we receive the returned instrument in the same condition as when originally shipped, we will refund the purchase price minus our shipping costs plus a 3% restocking fee.
