*Quick Reminder: Many parts including pickguards do not include hardware (screws, springs, etc.) but I may have new or used aftermarket hardware. Some may not match perfectly but will be useable. You will need to message me immediately after your purchase and I will include them at no additional cost. I pack and ship items very quickly so your timing is essential.

Do I accept returns or issue refunds? Only on my personal 3D Printed accessories listed as “Brand New”. On all other items, in limited situations (always excluding guitars), I may at my discretion depending on each situation. Refunds requested due to Accidental Orders, Unauthorized Orders (someone else using your account) or for any other reason will be subject to a 15% fee based on the initial sale amount (cost of item(s) and shipping). Refunds will be processed upon the return of the item (if applicable) at the buyer’s expense in the same condition as received. Items must be mailed back in the same packaging as initially sent. Items damaged or lost during return shipping will result in no refund. Shipping charges are never refundable by this shop and I do not issue Return Shipping Labels.

All items are sold As-Is. I do not guarantee any Part (including a pickguard’s accuracy and screw holes), tube etc. will work, fit or match your instrument or amp. Measurements are estimates, color descriptions, item ages, finishes, fret wear, neck profiles, plating methods and item conditions (Mint, Excellent, etc.) are opinions. Unless I know the exact age of an item, I will label it something like ‘60’s-‘70’s, etc. I do my best to research and identify items but with many, it’s difficult to pin down a certain year of manufacture.

I reserve the right to cancel a transaction at my discretion. I do not have to provide a reason. For instances where a transaction is canceled due to unintentional information in the title, description, photos or price, the buyer will receive a full explanation.

Attention International Buyers: Due to lost, damaged and destroyed items I have shipped outside the USA, there are no refunds for any reason (including VAT issues) on International orders.

A word about the word “Style” in my listings. If the word Style is present in the heading or description, it is not a genuine part but either an aftermarket or from a similar copy guitar. If Style is nowhere to be found, you can consider it a genuine Gibson, Fender, etc. part.

A word about Guitars: As mentioned, I’m not a retail store. Do not expect guitars to arrive with a fresh set of strings or a recent set up unless otherwise stated in the description. All guitars are from my personal collection. I’ve owned these anywhere from a couple years to many decades. Most have been idle, stored in their cases/gig bags in a climate controlled setting.

A word about Pickguards: I usually have some NOS (new old stock) listed in my shop. Depending on their age and how they were stored, sometimes the protective coating does not peel in one piece as expected. This is an unfortunate risk you have to take with these.

If you haven’t noticed, I post more photos in my listings than the average shop. I try to capture most or all angles of each item and will often enlarge photos to show more detail. Today’s high megapixel cameras can pick up details the human eye cannot see and will reflect in the photos. Due to this, I have been accused of not mailing the item pictured in the listing. If you feel you did not receive the item pictured, I will certainly double check to make sure I mailed the correct item.

Media Rate fees have jumped considerably and Reverb does not give discounts on Media Rates. While the fees are usually lower than standard rates with discounts, many of my books are large and heavy resulting in a deficit. Unfortunately, I had to bump up Media rates due to this.

If you are very knowledgeable with guitar parts and feel I have mislabeled an item, please contact me. It’s never my intention to mislead a buyer.

All items are shipped from a pet and smoke free environment. I always recycle shipping supplies whenever possible.
