Returnable within 3 days of delivery.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.


Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Special Conditions

Our mission is to assure that you have a quality instrument in your hands. That’s why we believe that you should be able to play it and make sure that it meets the highest of standards. With that being said, you are entitled for a full refund for any manufacturing or quality defects on the instrument. However, we do not accept returns on claims like “I wish it was brighter”, “it’s picking up interference” or “this wasn’t what I was expecting”. | All of our guitars are unique works of art made to the highest standards and we provide you with corresponding demo videos and configuration options so you can make informed decisions. Every single one of our guitars is hand made to your order and specification, so it would be extremely hard for us to restock and sell it again. | We are always available if you require more information before placing your order and will work our hardest to address any quality issues that may arise if you encounter defects.
