We offer a fast and secure worldwide shipping service.

Outside the UK / International Buyers Please Note:

Import duties, local taxes and customs charges (where applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to determine if you will be liable to any additional costs prior to bidding/buying.

If local import and/or clearance charges are levied, these are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse these for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts – UK and International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.

We cannot lower values or declare purchases as 'gifts'.

We are happy to ship items worldwide and international buyers are always welcome. That said, here are a few extra things that our international customers should know:

We will not falsify customs documents. Doing so constitutes fraud and is illegal both in your country and ours. People have gone to jail over this, and it is absolutely not worth it, so please don't ask.
Our return policy applies to international buyers, so if you are not happy you can return it for a refund of the purchase price, but please note that we will not refund shipping charges or duties, just the purchase price.
We always try and ship items as quickly as possible. International buyers should know that it occasionally takes the carrier several days to collect but unfortunately this is beyond our control.
