Froglick Mercantile and Sundries is located in Athens, TN which is 62 miles from Chattanooga and Knoxville TN on Interstate 75. The store was established in 2021, born out of a love for vintage music and musical instruments. The owners have played in the same band for over 30 years and over the years, the duo collected vintage musical instruments, vinyl LPs & CDs. Their desire is to provide a location for musicians and audiophiles to stop by, try out the vintage equipment or spin an LP while reminiscing about the good old days. Hopefully you will find a vintage guitar or amplifier that you just can't live without!

Returns: Please read carefully in its entirety. Froglick Vintage Music offers a 48 hour approval period from receipt of delivery on all shipments. We will offer a refund minus: (1) Freight and insurance to the customer from Froglick Vintage Music and from the customer returning merchandise to Froglick Vintage Music, which are totally the responsibility of the customer, and (2) all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. To return an item the following 4 criteria must be met: 1. Contact us: Preferred method thru Reverb communication and/or Text 423-506-3933 or Phone 423-271-8383 within the 48 hour approval period for a return authorization code. We will not accept returns without this code. 2. Repackage the instrument including all original blank warranty cards, and all other items originally shipped with the instrument. The merchandise must be returned to us in the same condition as originally shipped to the customer. 3. The customer is responsible for all freight, including insuring the return package at full retail price. All insurance claims are the sole responsibility of the customer. 4. Froglick Vintage Music must be notified with a shipment tracking number within 72 hours of initial receipt by the customer. This is giving the 48 hour approval time plus an additional day to arrange for shipment back to us. A refund will be issued only after the returned merchandise is received in original undamaged condition and inspected by Froglick Vintage Music.
