Hi. I am Andy Wakefield Hann, an established and qualified luthier based in Somerset. I service, repair and restore guitars and related stringed instruments for customers primarily across the South West, and also further afield. Take a look at my website, fretandnut.co.uk, forfurther information.
I also have a long held interest in vintage guitars, building up a detailed knowledge in this area over the last 25 years. In addition to servicing and repair we have now commenced selling quality vintage ( and newer) instruments, together with the occasional amp and effects pedal.
All instruments are checked over and professionally set up prior to sale. We will sometimes be able to ship an instrument, but please contact me to discuss these arrangements on an individual basis. I do however prefer for customers to visit the workshop, by appointment, and play the instrument before purchase. I can offer an appraisal of your vintage instrument and sometimes sell on consignment.
I work alongside Steve's Amps who repairs, services and also sells, vintage valve amps.
