2-Day Shipping will NOT APPLY to items on sale unless you paid extra for 2 day service.
Most Ontario and Quebec shipments are next day, can vary on rural areas.
Shipping is fulfilled with Purolator, UPS , FedEx, Canpar and GLS,
Canada Post has not been kind to us so we only use them if we Must. PO Boxes for Large Items Likely to be Refunded due to cost, If you would like to pay for it, send me a msg. .
Typical delivery time in Canada is 1-3 business days (weekends excluded) Shipping with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send us a message.
All orders will have an signature required due to theft and porch pirates. Any Safe drops at residential homes are are your responsibility!

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If Item is returned in perfect Brand new condtion, Franks will not apply restocking fee, only the shipping cost loss.
Important Notice! : all cancelled orders will incur a 5% restock fee, as impulse buying and cancelling orders has gone ramped on reverb.
Please pack the item carefully in a box and use a shipping method that includes tracking.
Returned items must be received in brand new condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included material.
If an item is returned in undesirable condition, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
