We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but once the item(s) are in the possession of the shipping company, shipping times are out of our hands. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and if you're in a situation in which you need expedited shipping, please contact us directly for a quote.

We ship all packages via FedEx. We do not ship to PO boxes and we no longer ship internationally.

Upon purchase, if you live in an apartment or are in a situation in which you need a signature required upon delivery of your order, please message us and ask for a "signature required" status on your package. There is no additional charge for this, but in the event you do not request that option, Fork's Drum Closet is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages labeled "signature not required" that have been verified as "delivered" by FedEx.

We can only ship, manage tracking, and answer messages Monday-Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day once shipping preferences have been obtained from the customer.
