Orders that come into our system Friday BY 1:30 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders that arrive in our system AFTER 1:30PM EST on Friday will ship the NEXT business day. Effective November 1st, all holiday returns must be RECEIVED at our facility no later than January 15. Simply requesting a return or shipping your package by January 15 does not meet this deadline.
Please submit your return request through Reverb and allow sufficient time for your package to arrive at our facility before the deadline.
All other terms, conditions, and exclusions of our standard return policy remain in effect.
