Fender and Live Nation have partnered to offer five one-of-a-kind Fender Custom Shop Masterbuilt guitars – as well as a select number of guitars signed by Fender Signature Artists – to benefit Live Nation’s Crew Nation, a global relief fund for live music crews. 100% of the net proceeds will go towards helping tour and venue crews who depend on live shows to make a living.
In this never-before-seen collaboration, the five exclusive Masterbuilt Custom Shop guitars were built in teams of two by the esteemed Fender Master Builders. Each neck plate is engraved with a commemorative logo and both Master Builders have also signed the back of the headstock.
Live Nation launched Crew Nation in April to help support touring and venue crews through this temporary intermission, while COVID-19 puts concerts on pause. Live Nation has committed $10 million to the fund – contributing an initial $5 million, then matching the next $5 million in donations, dollar for dollar.
