General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Items sold "as described" are exempt from our shop return policy.
Make sure you are happy with what you see and the description before committing to buy.
Should any guitars go out cut and setup for a non standard string gauge/tuning they would need a new nut if returned as well as possible repair if any surface marking to oil finish has occurred so a 7% restocking fee will apply so the guitar can be returned to stock condition.
