Besondere Bedingungen
I guarantee my items to be free from operational defect upon shipment. I also guarantee my items to be as described, within reason--i.e. I will not document every slight surface scratch--these would fall under the terms of the condition rating system provided by Reverb. I stay within these guidelines to the best of my ability. If wear and tear is more pronounced, I will be upfront about it and have photographic evidence. Items are from my personal collection and are known by me to be without operational defects upon sale and shipment. If an item is damaged in shipping, you must notify me immediately so I can begin the process of dealing with the carrier. If you determine an immediate problem otherwise with item, we will begin a conversation about the potential problem. Second step would be the shipping of item back to me at your cost so that I may test it. If item is determine by me to be in working order, or determined by me to have received damage after your having received the item, then item will be shipped back to you at your cost. If item is indeed with defect determined by me to have been present pre-shipping, I will refund in full. This would be a rare, if ever, occurrence.
