Shipping Policy
We ship via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. As a general rule most packages are sent USPS, however some larger packages may be shipped UPS or FedEx. We reserve the right to ship using whichever carrier offers the fastest and most cost effective shipping for a given item. If you have a preference for a certain carrier please let us know in advance and we will work with you! Likewise, if you are interested in any special shipping methods, such as expedited shipping, please ask before hand and we can let you know what your preferred shipping method will cost.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We pride ourselves on our customer service and our return policy is perhaps the best example of this. We offer a 30 day warranty on all the items we sell. If any item you buy has a defect occur within 30 days, simply message us and we will either send you a replacement or arrange for a return of the item.
For items with no defects that were correctly and accurately described, all sales are final. You may message us if you change your mind after receiving the item and we may, at our discretion, choose to accept a return of the item. If we accept a return the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, the original cost of shipping the item to the buyer, and subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on the cost of the item. All items must arrive back in the same condition as they were received by the buyer, and the refund will be held until the item has arrived back to us and the condition verified.
