General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
To begin a return, send us a message.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with an RMA# and send you instructions on where and how to send the package. We will leave the decision to purchase insurance and pay for tracking at your discretion. But please be advised that we will not refund an item that has not been received and we will not cover any damage that occurred during return shipping.
We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was accepted or not. If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
If we refuse to accept your return because it is not in the same as-shipped condition with all original packaging, or there are any signs of damage and/or tampering, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you or elsewhere.
