We typically do not ship on Fridays, unless the estimated transit time runs over 4 business days.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
In addition to general terms above:
-Any refunds made on this platform will be made in full, which means any restocking fees or shipping fees due from the buyer will need to made via check, made out to Essential Guitars, and included with the returned merchandise. Other no-fee payment methods available on request.
-In the case that return shipping fees are due back to the buyer, a return label will be provided. Please note no refunds will be given for postage purchased or procured by anyone other than Essential Guitars.Â
-In the case that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, an insured return label can be provided for $175. In the event the label will be purchased by the buyer, it must be insured fully.
-All instruments are for sale on other platforms including at essentialguitars.com; there are occasions that things sell out before there is an opportunity to update availability here on Reverb. Thank you for your understanding.
-Any payment fees incurred from the initial sale that remain will be deducted from the refund (if there are any).
-Please note that Reverb may auto-populate item specs, that are often erroneous. It is not known why they do this, but we cannot be held liable for any erroneous product specs imposed onto the listings by Reverb. Please refer only to the ad itself and please feel free to ask any questions.Â
