Empire Guitars is a locally owned and operated music store in Providence, Rhode Island catering to music lovers locally in New England and the world over. Now in business for 20 years, we have a dedicated and knowledgeable staff, expertly able to help find and fine tune the sound you hear in your head for the stage, studio, and back porch. We carry various brands like Martin, Yamaha, Magnatone, Electro-Harmonix, Electronic Audio Experiments, Strymon, Divine Noise, JHS, and many hard to find boutique brands. We have an highly regarded in-house tech for your maintenance and restoration needs. Our constantly changing and new stock of used gear is available here and instore. Shipping Policy
We do not ship to Italy. We do not ship Earthquaker Devices, Wampler, Voodoo Labs, Moog, and select other products internationally. In the event actual shipping exceeds the shipping estimate, the purchaser may be responsible to cover the difference. Shipping cost do not include customs, duties or import taxes.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We do not refund the outbound shipping price (this includes actual shipping costs on items marked as *free shipping*). New items returned with out all packing materials and included inserts will be charged a 20% restocking fee. A 10% restocking may be applied to returns as well on used instruments.
Vintage Items
Vintage instruments have a 48-hour return window from the point of purchase. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
--If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed.
The product should be packed in the original product box with the UPC codes intact.
--When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue.
--Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS.
--Remember that if your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit.
--We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered.
