Shipping Policy

REGULAR FREE DELIVERY :

Free regular post option are dispatched from warehouse within 1-2 business days and are.generally received 2-6 business days from date of dispatch. Items can be delivered with "Authority to Leave" at a safe place on the premises unless otherwised advised. WA customers can experience longer delivery times. (10-12 Business days) Larger bulky items: (Over 5kg cbm) Bulky items need to be delivered to a physical address, and can't be delivered to a PO box, Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect. We'll contact you for a physical address.



DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We will always use reputable delivery services. In the event your package has been damaged in transit, please do not sign for the goods unless the courier has noted the delivery as ‘damaged’. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery to advise us of any items damaged in transit. We can then arrange a collection of the damaged package. Once the damaged item has been received back, a replacement item will be sent out.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We will always dispatch the item according to our advertised time frames.

If your parcel is delayed in transit we ask that you be patient. It will be due to circumstances out of our control, eg: adverse weather conditions, flood, lockdown etc. and regular shipping timeframes can be disrupted.

You can be kept up to date by tracking your delivery wilth the tracking number provided.
