International shipping is offered and contact us for a detailed quote. We pride ourselves in safe, attention to detail and strong packing practices. We ship all over the world regularly and are a small staff. Each purchase is hand-packed as if it was our own. Call us for details!

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
PLEASE READ FULL TERMS. We offer a 72 hr approval on all guitar & amps (unless otherwise noted). Customer pays all shipping & insurance costs both ways unless otherwise negotiated by sales staff. Before returning any item, customers must call for a return authorization. We represent our items honestly and truthfully w/ pictures and often times videos, so please look carefully before purchasing. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they left the store. Unauthorized returns will be refused & returned at customer expense. Returned items are subject to a 12% restocking fee. SALES BETWEEN SHOPS/STORES ARE FINAL.
