General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned (in unused condition) for a refund. Please return new item(s) within 14 days. & vintage/used instruments within 7 days. Notify us as soon as possible that you will be returning merchandise, so that we may process your request efficiently & please let us know why you are returning it. -- Contact us by email -- [email protected] -- or by phone -- 517-372-7880 -- and then ship the item(s) to - ELDERLY INSTRUMENTS - ATTN REVERB RETURNS -- 1100 N. WASHINGTON AVE. -- LANSING, MI. 48906 --- Ship all products well-packed (use our original packing materials if possible) and insure the shipment. We cannot allow credit for items we receive back that have been damaged due to poor packaging by the customer. --- If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately, and do not return it until you have received authorization from us. --- Unless the product you ordered was defective or the incorrect product (oops!), our refund will not include any shipping/handling/insurance charges.
Your refund will include the original order cost, less the shipping charges and less a 5% restock fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Photos of used items are actual photos of the item you buy, whereas photos of new items are generic photos.
