We’re Frank & Maria, co-owners of El Cajon Guitars & Music in East San Diego County. We’re a true mom-and-pop shop focused on friendly service, honest advice, and supporting our local music community.
What we carry

• Strings, cases, stands, cables & all the essentials

Lessons & education
We currently offer lessons in guitar, bass, and ukulele with trusted local instructors. Beginners are absolutely welcome. Ask us about availability and recommendations for other instruments, vocals, recording/DJ, theory, and songwriting.
Repairs & setup basics
We restring, refurbish, and repair guitars, basses, ukuleles, banjos, and mandolins. We also coordinate amplifier repair with qualified techs. Message us with your instrument’s make/model and what you’re noticing, and we’ll advise next steps.
Shipping & local pickup
We pack securely and communicate promptly. Local pickup is available at our El Cajon shop—just message us to coordinate.

Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message.
Most of our smaller items are set to free shipping for orders over $25.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
Used & Vintage Items
Not Returnable
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
In addition to restocking fee and shipping costs, buyer is responsible for shipping insurance. Items must be received, with a confirmation of receipt, in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use, IF NOT, no refund will be issued. Buyer sending return back will be responsible for any damages or loss of items in transit and any insurance claim for such items. Products with descriptions that state "SOLD AS IS" shall not be eligible for return or refund. Used and Vintage Items are not eligible for return.
