We're doing this a little differently.
E. Fada Music is a father/son operation that emerged out of passion, need, and dust.
We are no longer a full time operation. Son is focusing on artistic and educational pursuits. Dad is working for a nonprofit providing services to women and children who have experienced homelessness. We're both still making music daily.
As far as selling stuff, we're still doing some of that! We're still getting items shipped out the same day of purchase most of the time, or next day at the absolute slowest. We're still approaching every transaction as we always have: with utmost respect and consideration for your satisfaction. No transaction is complete unless all parties are happy.
We are still recycling/reusing/repurposing all packing materials, with the added element of taking care to sanitize everything as best we can to eliminate whatever minuscule possibility exists of COVID transmission via parcel.
That's where we're at. Happy 2021 everybody.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
For items received in the condition described:
1. buyer pays return shipping
2. refund will be less our original shipping costs
3. A 10% re-stocking fee will be assessed.
NO EXCEPTIONS. We have regrettably been left with no choice but to adopt this policy due to excessive, frivolous returns. We are a small independent seller, and we cannot absorb the costs associated with returns so people can help themselves to extended auditions of our products.
