We specialise in vintage, second-hand, and select new gear. We stock a unique range of electric & acoustic guitars, amplifiers, effects pedals, and other accessories.

We have extensive experience in shipping domestically all over Australia as well as around the world. All our shipping options for guitars are insured and offer you piece of mind that your guitar will arrive safely as each guitar is expertly packed.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Second hand and vintage items are sold ‘as-is’, but are covered by a 7-day in-store warranty provided by Echo Tone. Returns cannot be accepted for second hand items beyond 7 days under any circumstances - this includes faults that may arise beyond the 7 day ‘good-will’ period. We do our best to provide any important details about the instruments condition and function, if you have any questions PLEASE contact us before making your purchase.
NOTE: Requesting a return does not automatically guarantee we will accept the return. We need to assess the situation and then we will respond with the course of action to be taken.
No returns will be accepted unless we are contacted first. If accepted, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Credits and Refunds are limited to the value of the returned items only and exclude any freight charges.
