weil wir die tatsächlichen Versandkosten nicht kennen. Wir erstatten dem Käufer selbstverständlich
zuviel bezahlte Versandkosten auf sein PayPal Konto.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
This only applies for the case we get new unused guitars back in a bad or used or damaged condition or in any way different to the way we sent to the customer. We reserve the right to charge min. € 75,00 or max. 10% of the selling price to compensate maintenance work to put the guitar back in a sellable condition.
