EART has 20 years of guitar production experience. We are experts at crafting beautiful electric guitars as well as acoustic guitars and basses. We are unique because we use non traditional, beautiful woods to craft guitars that have never before seen looks and wood tones never before heard.

Shipping Policy
Shipments are prepared in the order that they are received. We make every effort to expedite orders as quickly as possible. Usually it will be shipped within 2-3 working days. If it is not in stock, we will ship it in about 5 working days, please be patient.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If you decide not to keep an instrument shipped to you, notify us by Reverb Messages or email within 30 days of receiving it. You will be given easy instructions on how to get your product back to us safely and efficiently.We will refund the price of the instrument as soon as we receive it, provided it arrives in the condition in which it left the shop. For any returns other than non-disclosure related issue or incorrect shipment the buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. If the item was sold with "Free Shipping", the shipping and handling charges incurred from the initial outbound shipment will be deducted from the refund.
