Hi everyone! I am an avid musician and play a variety of instruments and I am a trader by nature. I am a licensed dealer for many different brands of music equipment and accessories. Shipping Policy
I ship on Monday, Wednesday & Friday but orders must be placed by 5PM the day before to get your item out on these days. For example if you place an order at 11AM on a Friday, it won't go out until Monday's batch.
For items marked as "DIRECT SHIP" my standard shipping policy above does not apply. Those will be shipped directly from the brand in variable time depending on their stock.
Please wait at least 48hrs after you get the label created notice to contact me about shipment status. Most times our local post office does not scan my bulk shipments, but they get scanned at the regional hub typically the next day after they pickup my shipment.
If you have a UPS ground saver tracking number, please note that there is a 2nd USPS tracking number on these shipments that is listed when you track on UPS' website and you may need to reference that to check the current status since both UPS and USPS are involved with this delivery type. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Original shipping and packaging costs will be deducted from the refund amount along with a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Items must be returned in brand new condition with original box and all applicable items that were included when purchased. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON DIRECT SHIP OR SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS.
