With great passion and appreciation, I provide quality used organ instruments for my customers. All organ instruments are neatly packaged and shipped in a custom built crate. I offer nationwide shipping within the U.S. only.
Shipping Policy
Buyer selects shipping at checkout. I ship all organs bubble wrapped and fully crated with tracking to the buyer. I can ship to your commercial or residential address. Shipping may take 5-7 days depending on delivery location. Buyer will receive a shipping BOL document containing all shipping details, including the freight carrier contact information. Buyer must print shipping BOL document to present to delivery driver at time of delivery. Buyer must be present to receive the delivery. Please DO NOT miss your delivery!! There is an additional $200 fee for a 2nd delivery attempt. The Freight driver will call the buyer prior to delivery to confirm delivery date/time prior to delivery. If buyer is not home at time of delivery, freight carrier will take your crate to your local freight terminal for a second delivery attempt. There is an $200 added fee paid by the buyer for a second delivery attempt. Buyer and carrier will resolve any shipping delays or disputes. Your item can be tracked using the freight carrier website for most accurate location information. Tracking # is provided. I am careful to provide excellent nationwide shipping for my customers. Thereby, I am required to pay out of pocket to ship your gear — if a buyer cancels an order for any reason after it has shipped, buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost, a 15% restocking fee, also there will be an additional 15% cancellation fee to offset the money spent in order to ship your gear.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
