General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Return Policy
For guitars and bass guitars :
We want you to be satisfied and feel comfortable with your guitar purchase. Because of that, we have a 30 day return policy. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we will assume you are satisfied with your purchase and the sale will be deemed final. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item so that we can resolve any issues.
If you wish to return the item, we will issue you a return authorization number and you may return it for a refund of the purchase price. Do not return the item before you receive a return authorization number from us or the package will be refused.
We will not accept the return of any item that has been damaged or modified in any way. This includes all electronics on applicable instruments. Every instrument is checked for proper mechanical and electrical operation prior to shipping. Any known irregularities are noted on the item sale page so you are aware of them prior to purchase. You are responsible for the cost of packing materials / boxes, and all shipping costs including insurance. The item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it in. It must be insured for the purchase price you paid for it. We will send your refund within 7 business days of receiving your returned item once we inspect it. The original cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund as that money has already been spent and we can not recover those costs.
If you are returning an instrument because you changed your mind, didn't like the color, or for any reason other than it was damaged or not as described, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. .
For all other items:
All items other than guitars, such as pedals, pickups, etc. are sold as-is and there are no returns. Please view all the pictures and ask questions prior to purchasing.
