We accept returns only if an item arrives in a condition materially different from how it was described or photographed.
All items are documented and carefully packed prior to shipment. If your item arrives not as described or is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, refusal of delivery, or failure to sign for a package when required will be treated as a buyer-initiated return.
In these cases, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Any loss in value or change in condition may result in additional deductions from the refund.
