General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Warranty:
MIZE MUSIC ITSELF GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE RELATING TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All warranties are with the manufacturer for new items.
All used items are sold as is. Returns are granted on items that are not working when received. Shipping damage is done through carrier claims.
Payment Processing:
Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time an order is placed.
Refunds:
In the case of order cancellation (mentioned above) refunds or merchandise credits will be made within 10 days of written request, only for cancelled and unshipped merchandise.
Refund Methods:
Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded through Reverb.
Satisfaction Policy:
At Mize Music your satisfaction is our top priority. Merchandise may be returned within 15 business days of receipt without restocking charge, if the original manufacturer's carton is unopened and undamaged. If the package has been opened a minimum restocking charge of 15% or $10.00, whichever is greater, will be charged. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging will increase the restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns, items originally sent via "free shipping", will be charged for the outgoing shipping on returns. Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, custom goods, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, tape, gel, lamps, books, opened software, ear-phones, chemicals, or on bids and contracts. Defective Merchandise:
Mize Music will do warranty and non-warranty work on many of the brands we sell. Please call first to see if you will be more quickly served by the manufacturer or us.
Return Procedures:
Any merchandise returned to Mize Music must have an RA (Return Authorization) number attached. Without this number the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. Please call us for an RA number and have documentation such as the invoice or packing slip ready when you call. Make sure that all packing, accessories and manuals are returned to avoid additional restocking fees.
