Shipping Policy
We ship our products ASAP from Monday to Friday. Most products are shipped the same or next day, but some can take a little longer, depending on the time of year, staffing, and the length of the shipping queue. No shipping on weekends. Products labeled *Ships Today* will be shipped the same day, unless ordered on a weekend or after 3:00pm PST, then they will be shipped the next business day. All other products will be processed and shipped immediately, with an estimated maximum handling time of 3 business days. Shipping to a P.O. box may take longer, depending on the item. If you use a freight forwarder for delivery, we are not responsible for their mistakes or if the packages are lost. No refunds will be given in such cases. If the item is bulky (pianos, large furniture, etc.), shipping may take some additional time due to the order needing to be palletized. We will ship with tracking to the listed regions. All shipments from us will arrive in a secure box to provide maximum protection for your gear in transit.
