Shipping Policy
At Vez Guitar Academy, we know that receiving a new instrument is an exciting experience. Our goal is to make sure your gear arrives safely, securely, and exactly as expected.
Every instrument is carefully inspected by our team before it leaves our shop. We take extra care with packaging because we understand that your instrument is more than just a product — it is something you will create music with for years to come.
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Guitars, amplifiers, and larger instruments may require additional preparation time to ensure they are properly inspected and protected.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package from our shop to your door.

Returnable within 7 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Shipping & Delivery:
Every order is carefully prepared by our team before it leaves our shop. We inspect, protect, and package each instrument with the same care we would expect when receiving our own gear.
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Guitars, amplifiers, and larger instruments may require additional preparation time because we take the time to properly inspect and protect them before shipping.
If you choose an upgraded shipping service, the additional shipping cost is nonrefundable in the event of carrier delays outside of our control.
Saturday delivery and other expedited shipping options may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us before your order ships and we will help find the best option.
Local Pickup:
If you are local to the San Gabriel Valley, you are welcome to pick up your order directly from our Alhambra, California location. We will confirm when your order is ready for pickup.
Your Instrument's Safety:
Your instrument is important to us. Every package is shipped with care and insured against loss in transit, shipping damage, or defects upon arrival.
If something unexpected happens during shipping, contact us immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In some cases, the shipping carrier may require an investigation before a replacement or refund can be completed.
For higher-value purchases, signature confirmation may be required to help protect your investment.
Cancellations & Address Changes:
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Additional carrier fees may apply for address corrections or rerouting.
Returns:
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please contact us through Reverb first so we can make the process as smooth as possible.
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition they were received, including original packaging, accessories, documentation, and contents.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing description.
If your order included free shipping and you decide the item is not the right fit, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error with your order, we will make it right and the original shipping cost will not be deducted.
We do not charge restocking fees for normal returns. However, items returned with damage, excessive wear, missing accessories, packaging, or components may require a deduction based on the condition of the item.
International Orders:
We welcome international customers. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country.
Shipping times may vary due to customs processing and international carrier delays. Some products may have restrictions based on manufacturer policies or international regulations.
