I've been trading gear to fill the needs of our church bands since 2001. Honesty and fairness are far more important than the transaction. I require payment in full within 24-hours of purchase unless we make other arrangements through Reverb messages. All of my orders are under the condition "as described", so make sure you have reviewed all pictures and the discription thoroughly. I don't accept returns unless the item has an undisclosed material, non-cosmetic defect.
Shipping Policy
I will ship using the lowest cost insured, trackable rate unless you request a specific service. If shipping carrier or service matters to you, please let me know before you pay.
When I ship an instrument, I test it to make sure it is functional before it goes into the case, box or other packaging. I will pack the item firmly in the box, using regularly used packaging materials, bubble wraps, and paper. If possible, I will retain the box that the instrument came to me in and usually send it on to the buyer in the same box.
It is normal for the alignment of strings, necks and components to change when an instrument is shipped from one place to another. Impact on boxes occurs as a carrier moves the item through their system of package intake, loading, movement on conveyor systems, bumps, turbulence and other contact the carrier employees have on the exterior of the box. Climate, humidity and temperature changes from one place to another also effect the instrument. As a condition of sale, the buyer accepts the instrument alignment as-is and agrees to pay for a professional setup at their location if the setup on their instrument is not to their liking.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
HEAVY ITEMS - On speakers, amps and other heavy shipping items, I will collect an estimated cost of shipping at purchase and treat it as a deposit. I only charge the buyer the exact amount of shipping through the lowest cost carrier available through the Reverb Payments. I will send the buyer a screen-shot of the actual shipping cost, and either (a) refund the overage of the deposited shipping funds, or (b) collect the amount over the shipping deposit prior to shipping.
STRINGED INSTRUMENTS - The alignment of strings, necks and components will change when and instrument is shipped from place to place due to a carrier's impact on the exterior of a box, and differences in temperature and humidity from place to place. These changes are a normal occurrence and not a defect. The buyer accepts responsibility for any costs associated with adjusting the alignment of a stringed instrument. Please see shipping policy.
