General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. We pay for the packaging, unless item is returned, that is why we carry a 10% restocking fee. If guitar has been modified for the buyer in anyway that cannot be properly put back to original, we cannot accept returns.
For example, routing or modification to body or neck including paint or new pickguard holes. Pickups, input jacks, tuning pegs, pickguards and, bridges, originals will be mailed back to owner with guitar and those most be returned with guitar in order for the buyer to receive a full refund. If they are not returned at the same time, no refund will be issued.
If you are purchasing a custom guitar that was built for you, I’m sorry but there are no returns. As we walk through the process of building , each aspect of that guitar is designed and tailored to you, specifically and only you, from wood, shape, fit, neck, everything. We cater to you, so we cannot sell that guitar to anyone other than you. You will be providing valuable feedback on things you enjoy about your favorite shape, neck feel, and finish and we complete that for you.
For our 1 off guitars, standard shop policy applies, returns are accepted minus the 10% restocking fee, to cover costs of packing and shipping materials.
