Dale's Gear Depot and K and C Music has changed its status. All inventory has been acquired by Dale's Guitar Stuff. We will continue operations under the name Dale's Guitar Stuff. Dale has 40 years of experience as a professional musician and as a Music Instrument Dealer. Not much has changed; just a couple of new faces, all who have many years of experience in customer service of instrument and/or instrument equipment/accessory manufacturers or as professional musicians.
Shipping Policy
Items are generally shipped the day after good and legal payment is received. There are a few exceptions but these are pretty rare. Shipping rates do vary depending on destination and value. Also, UPS and FedEx have raised rates for so many years in row that it is impractical to offer free shipping or cheap shipping. You'll find that we almost always charges less shipping than what we end up paying. We also reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on the item purchased.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Quality and coloring of pictures can vary depending on network providers, network speeds, and personal computer settings. Minor color differences are therefore not a reason for return. When parts, accessories, documents are missing from return, or if original packaging and carton is not used, or if item has been used/abused, restocking charge increases to 15%. "Less shipping costs" includes any shipping costs we incurred in "Free Shipping" Offers. Some items, such as harmonicas, saxophone and clarinet reeds and/or mouthpieces cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. Books, CD's, DVD's are not returnable. Shipments sent to destinations outside of the United States of America are not returnable.
