General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

I want you to love your new guitar — not stare at it in regret like it just stole your wallet.
That said, here’s how returns work:
• You have 24 hours from delivery confirmation time to inspect the guitar.
• If something is not as described, contact me within that 24-hour window and we’ll make it right.
• After 24 hours, the guitar is officially yours — emotionally, spiritually, and financially.
What’s NOT a valid return:
• “I changed my mind”
• “My spouse found out”
• “It didn’t make me play like Jimmy Page”
• “I need rent money”
• Buyer’s remorse of any kind
Return Conditions:
• Guitar must be returned in exact same condition as received
• No setup changes, parts swaps, string changes, mods, or experiments
• Original case and packing required
• Buyer pays return shipping and insurance
• Returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee
• Refund issued once guitar is received and inspected
