We will offer a 20% shipping discount on some items to buyers living in the southwest.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Contact us for any reason if you are not fully satisfied with your acquisition! All instruments get an automatic 5-15 day inspection period depending on the item. We must be notified within this period if you wish to return the item for any reason. The item must be shipped immediately upon notification to receive a full refund. Solstice guitars get free shipping with a 15 day trial period. If returned, we refund you minus $157 for our shipping and insurance costs which covers us both ways. The guitar must be returned in perfect condition.
