Shipping inside of the US is by USPS Priority which is insured, registered, and trackable. Shipping abroad is by USPS Priority International Mail and is also insured, registered, and trackable. Shipping to Australia is by UPS Worldwide which is registered, insured, and trackable. I ship in sturdy cardboard boxes with the instrument properly placed, plenty of bubble wrap, and Fragile Handle With Care tape for extra protection and attention. For guitars and bass guitars that include a hardcase I ship properly placed and unmoving in their hardcases with the hardcase wrapped thoroughly in tough protective bubble wrap and then wrapped thoroughly again around the outside of the bubble wrap with tough heavy duty packaging tape and Fragile Handle With Care tape so there is no chance of damage to the instrument or to the hardcase. If the listing description states that the instrument comes in a generic hardcase for shipping purposes only or a gigbag for shipping purposes only this hardcase or gigbag is not part of the sale price and is only being included for transport.
