Shipping Policy

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

How much is shipping?
To keep things easy and to avoid surprise extra costs, we don’t charge shipping or handling on orders over $99 (before tax ). This applies only to Canadian addresses. To keep things even easier, orders under $99 have a flat shipping fee. So feel free to bump your order above $99 and save!

Where do we ship?
Our web purchasing is integrated with Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS so we can ship virtually to any residence or business in Canada.

When will I get my order?
Once an item is picked, packed, and shipped from our door, delivery times of between 1 to 8 business days can be expected depending on shipment location and carrier. We have the largest in-stock offering in the country and only offer items for purchase that we know we can ship to you quickly. On the rare occasion where there is a quality issue or we have oversold our stock because of time delays in our processes, we will email you to confirm whether you wish to wait for the back ordered item, wish to purchase a similar item, or would prefer a refund.

What if there is a problem with my delivery?
Please call or email us and we'll be sure to resolve the issue.

Haven't received your order?
If you haven’t received your order in the expected time frame please contact us.

Wrong or missing items?
Your order may have been packaged in multiple boxes; refer to the packing slip and order tracking to verify you don't have any outstanding shipping pieces. Please contact us should your order not be correct.

Damaged items?
If you notice visible damage to your package refuse the shipment (don't sign for it) and contact us. If you notice damage after accepting and opening your package contact us right away.

Items shipping to the U.S. are handled by UPS.

Shipments to the U.S. might incur customs or brokerage fees which will the responsibility of the buyer.

Items over $2500 may require additional verification to process shipment.

New Items

Returnable within 30 days of delivery.

Used & Vintage Items

Returnable within 3 days of delivery.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Special Conditions

RETURN EXCEPTIONS: Mouthpieces, open packages of reeds, harmonicas, software, headphones, ear plugs, microphones, DJ Stylus and cartridges, fog fluid, cleaning products, opened strings, amplifier tubes, print music, books, CD's and videos, Cosmo Music store gift cards, custom orders and limited edition items may not be returned under any circumstances. Returns may not be available on specially ordered products or products not in stock at time of order. Our return policy does not apply to items purchased through auction or services including rentals, repairs, or lessons. PROTECTION OF ARTIST'S COPYRIGHTED WORKS: Cosmo Music upholds Canadian and International Copyright Laws to protect the rights of artists that make music. Copyright Law prohibits reproduction by means of photocopying, handwriting, printing or taking photographic images of copyrighted printed materials. In support of those who create and publish copyrighted works, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on printed music. Once print music has been purchased it is considered used and cannot be re-sold.

Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
