We will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send a message. All orders will be shipped same-day OR within the next working business day (mon-fri) unless otherwise notified. For items using free shipping, we reserve the right to use whichever shipping is the cheapest for us. Please contact us to request a specific shipping service on items using free shipping, and we will be happy to work something out with you.

For return shipping:

In the rare instance that we mistakenly sent the wrong item/ inaccurately described the item (or any return request for a reason of something that would be deemed our fault) we will gladly pay return shipping for a 100% full refund to the customer.

For any return request where the buyer had ordered the wrong item/ regret purchase (or anything not deemed our - the seller's - fault). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping amount to the customer will be retracted from the refund whether the customer paid for original shipping or not. We will gladly provide the amount of original shipping so the customer would have a better idea of what is being taken out of the refund. Due to how Reverb charges shipping, what the customer paid for shipping and what we *actually* paid for shipping may differ. What we *actually* paid for shipping is what will be deducted from the refund.

For P.O. Boxes: Please contact us first if you would like us to ship to a P.O. Box. We may ask for an alternate shipping address depending on what's being shipped.
