Shipping Policy

We open and inspect items prior to shipping. We try to ship orders promptly. However some orders may require 24-72 hours to prepare.

Shipment Tracking
We’ll post the tracking number to your Reverb order and provide your Reverb buyer email address as contact for the shipment. Please check the tracking status often for updates.
Courier might leave the shipment at your front door without ringing your bell (contactless delivery). Yes we put signature required. But, it is your responsibility to make arrangements to securely receive the shipment.

Shipment Stolen From Delivery Address
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any shipment that has been damaged or stolen after being delivered to the receiver’s address, regardless if signature was received.

Damaged Shipment
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment if your order arrived damaged. If we don't hear from you within 24 hours, the item(s) is as shipped to you and the sale is complete.

Customs
Buyers are responsible for any fees levied by customs and/or the shipment courier. We have no knowledge of what foreign customs fees may be levied. Be sure to reply back to any communication from the courier to you..

RTS Shipment
Buyer is responsible for any and all costs incurred if the shipment is returned to us. This includes shipment fees, customs fees, brokerage fees, duty, taxes, and any other fees.

All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
