General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Items sold "as is" are not returnable and buyer assumes all risk. If, for whatever reason, the shop chooses to accept a return, a 10% restocking fee is applicable and buyer will additionally pay all shipping costs to return the item. If the item is not returned in the same physical condition as it shipped, then the shop reserves the right to deduct additional fees commensurate with the potential loss in value of the instrument returned prior to refunding any remaining balance.
