Before We Ship
• Guitars are set up, tuned, and quality checked to make sure all manufacturer specifications are met.
• Order is double-checked for accuracy and to provide proper packaging before shipment.
Shipping Policy
• We ship using UPS and USPS insured shipping. We package our items in accordance with their guidelines.
• We ship to all states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
• In the event of a returned item, the buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
To Estimate Shipping and Tax
In your Shopping Cart, use the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" form. Select your country, State/Province, and Zip/Postal Code. Then, click the "Get a Quote" button and choose the shipping method you prefer. Use the "Update Total" button for your shopping cart to reflect the shipping and tax. Then you may proceed to checkout.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Fees and Charges:
Buyer assumes responsibility for paying returns postage. Additionally, certain fees or partial refund options may be imposed depending on the reason for the return.
- Buyer receives a full refund of their original payment method with the subtraction of a restocking fee of 10% on “change of mind” items.
- Items received showing signs of intentional damage or neglect are subject to a partial refund at the disclosure of the returns clerk.
**This does not include normal signs of packages being opened but does include signs of intentional or customer damages that are not linked to faulty or shipping damaged items.
Under the Chesbro Music Co returns policies, the following conditions apply only to returns initiated due to a “change of minds” or incorrect items. They do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty.
- All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.), and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items.
- Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).
- Items must be in new and unworn condition (where applicable).
- Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts, or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
- Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
- Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Due to US Federal and State health regulations, 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐬, 𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬, 𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬, 𝐤𝐚𝐳𝐨𝐨𝐬, 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐬, 𝐞𝐭𝐜. 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝. There are no exceptions. Any mouth-blown item that has had any personal contact, especially oral contact can not be returned for health and safety reasons. Items with human sputum or other DNA are considered bio-hazardous and cannot legally be mailed through a postal service.* In the event of a defect of these types of items, returns need to be made to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. This policy is consistent with other online and offline vendors of these types of products.
