We're a Qc based music store with 4 stores : Saint-Hyacinthe, Drummondville, Granby and Sherbrooke.

I always take fast shipping and ship only monday to wednesday in winter so the gear don't stay in a cold truck for a week-end. I also always try to take express.
We have a lot of brands and can order colors or other gear you might want. You can always ask me and it'll be a pleasure to anwser.

*We only ship in Canada, custom fees are payable by the buyer if the instrument is bought outside Canada.

I will not ship to the listed regions : Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories.

New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
• We will accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of the receipt of the item. The item must be in original condition to receive a full refund. Also, packaging must be undamaged; otherwise a 15% repackaging fee will be imposed. We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value of the item has been diminished in some way.
• Before returning an item, please contact us FIRST for shipping instructions and to receive a return authorization number. Items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.
