We will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send us a message. We pay for all standard shipping, expedited shipping is to be covered by the customer.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
**There are instances where the approval period does not apply. If you've played the instrument in our store and we then ship it to you, there is no approval period. If the item is a Sale Item (special discounted price, or lower than standard advertised price), there is no approval period. There are no returns accepted on electronics (amps, pickups, pedals, etc.) unless the product is received in damaged or defective condition.
All pre-owned and vintage pieces are subject to the restocking fee.
The restocking fee is applied for items returned that were claimed as defective and were found to be in working order. Any items returned that were not in the original condition shipped will be subject to a higher restocking fee as the item will now be damaged.
We are not responsible for International orders once they have left US borders.
