Carlingford Music Centre was founded in 1982 by Ray, a highly respected piano technician, and his wife, Margaret, following many years of success in the Australian piano industry and managing prominent Palings piano retail stores in NSW and Queensland. Over the decades, the Centre has grown into one of Australia’s longest-standing independent musical dealerships.
Originally focused on traditional pianos, Carlingford Music Centre expanded in 2002 to include a wide array of leading brand and general musical instruments. Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking Australia Wide. Some deliveries may take longer during peak times like Christmas, Easter etc. REGIONAL & RURAL AREAS, Parcels & larger items to Remote destinations also incur a SURCHARGE like W.A, NT, Far Nth QLD, Tas etc.
International Shipping may incur tax's and import charges on the receivers end, this is solely the responsibility of the buyer to check the relevant charges prior to purchasing. We will not accept returns or offer a refund for any import charges.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

We will not refund, duty fees or import taxes for items sent overseas this is the responsibility of the purchaser.
