Our mission is to advise, source, offer and efficiently deliver professional audio and lighting products that offer great value for money! Being primarily an 'online' operation means we are able to keep our 'real world' overheads to a minimum. These savings are reflected in our very competitive everyday prices on all products.
We have been around since the '80's, and purchased our current building in 2002. You can be assured that we are here for the long haul and will be here in the future should you require product support.
Our main focus is on customer service. We don't mind going the extra distance, to either help you find the equipment you are looking for or get your order to you as quickly and as efficiently as possible. If we can't help you with your enquiry we will always try to steer you in the right direction. We won't try and sell you something that you don't need. We are aiming to impress and not just satisfy Cannon customers!
Cannon Sound Systems was established around 30 years ago as a Sydney based PA hire business. In the mid 90's the 20 rental rigs were sold off as Cannon Sound And Light transitioned into the distribution and sales of audio and lighting equipment.
Today Cannon Sound And Light is the Australian distributor for Krane Carts, EWI cables and DuraTex speaker cabinet coatings, as well as a local stockist for many other major brands, including QSC, Furman, Road Ready, Allen & Heath, Chauvet, Intellistage, Gator, Chiayo and Behringer, to name but a few. Having embraced the internet very early on, our large customer base stretches the length and breadth of Australia.
